Abstract (English):
The average and low power wind-power installations for agricultural consumers power supply are offered to use. The electric power production in the power supply system demands the wind-park construction which is characterized by wind-power installations quantity and capacity. At the same timewind-power installations can have different wind-wheel diameters and performance characteristics depending on the wind speed. The basic principles of windpark development for effective power supply are considered in the article.
