Abstract (English):
For the first time in order to describe the role of cytosine methylation in the control of gene expression the differences in the change of the cytosine methylation autocorrelation function of two genes stilbene synthases (VaSTS) family in the cell lines Vitis amurensis Rupr. in the norm and under the demethylating agent 5 - azacytidine (5A) influence were analyzed. Using this approach, the authors managed to show that the cytosine methylation in the genes is the result of the deterministic chaotic process, and the action of 5A, activating gene expression, leads to the methylation pattern simplification, to the indicator shift to the determinism direction that manifests itself in reducing the fractal dimension and the correlation entropy indices.
