The target development model of small national villages in the Khakassia Republic with the use of humanitarian and social technologies that will allow to establish the new social and economic relations in rural areas based on the community of people living in small rural settlements of the republic, as well as the establishment of effective types of farms in livestock cluster, tourist cluster development as the basis of national economic development of the region small national villages is presented in the article.
