Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the personnel policy analysis in the prosecution authorities of Tuva after its entry into the USSR. The events of the prosecutor governing body of the Tuva autonomous region on the prosecutor training and educating, organizing training courses and inviting staff with the legal back ground from other regions are considered by the author of the article.
