Abstract (English):
The monitoring research results of the students in the Kemerovo State Agricultural Institute conducted in 2010, 2012 and 2013 are presented. The motives and factors influencing on the future profession choice are considered by the authors. The further plans of the students trained at the Kemerovo State Agricultural Institute are researched.
