В статье рассматривается развитие пивобезалкогольной и вин-ной промышленности Красноярского края в 1953-1965 гг. Цель статьи - определение основных этапов развития данной отрасли промыш-ленности края в рассматриваемый период; оценка качественных и ко-личественных изменений в состоянии промышленности на начало и на конец периода реформирования. В основу исследования были поло-жены принципы историзма, научной объективности, системности и критического отношения к источникам. Для Красноярского края в 1950-х годах была характерна острая диспропорция в развитии меж-ду отраслями тяжелой и легкой промышленности. Существовавшая на тот момент пивобезалкогольная и винная промышленность не могли полностью удовлетворить потребности населения. Хотя в ус-ловиях урбанизации Красноярского края и заявленного приоритета развития отраслей легкой и пищевой промышленности у населения городов края существовала значительная потребность в продукции данного рода. В ходе реформы 1957 г. была полностью реорганизована существующая система управления, которая позволила провести модернизацию всей отрасли. Данный результат привел к росту про-изводства пивобезалкогольной продукции и местных вин практически в разы. Новые мощности позволили лучше осуществлять продоволь-ственную политику в рамках региона, что повышало уровень жизни местного населения.

The study deals with the development of beer and nonalcoholic bever-ages and wine industry of Krasnoyarsk Region in 1953-1965. The purpose of the study was the definition of the main stages of development of this in-dustry in Krasnoyarsk Region during considered period; the assessment of high-quality and quantitative changes in the condition of the industry for the beginning and at the end of the period of reforming. The principles of histor-icism, scientific objectivity, systemacity and critical relation to the sources were the basis of the research. For Krasnoyarsk Region in 1950-ies sharp disproportion in the development among the branches of heavy and light in-dustry was characteristic. Beer and nonalcoholic beverages industry and wine industry existing at that time could not completely satisfy the require-ment of the population. Though in the conditions of urbanization of Krasno-yarsk Region and declared priority in the development of branches of light and food industry, the population of the cities of the region had considerable need for the production of this sort. During the reform of 1957 the existing control system was completely reorganized. The reform allowed carrying out modernization of the whole branch, this result led practically to great in-crease in the production of beer and nonalcoholic beverages and local wines. New capacities allowed carrying out better food policy within the region raising the standard of living of local population.
