In modern world the processes of concentration of financial, material and labor resources are changing within the framework of branched net- work structures. Large trading companies annually increase their turnover and their presence on the market and contribute to the development of mod- ern logistics systems. The importance of ongoing modification of logistics in- frastructure to adapt it to the changes in supply and demand cannot be overemphasized. The main areas of activity in Russia and abroad are con- sidered the expansion of the number of types of services provided and ensur- ing the quality of logistics services. At the same time, various economic enti- ties initiate the creation and development of logistics infrastructure elements (including transport network, transport park; network of service stations, gas stations, parking lots, other objects of logistic service, logistics distribu- tion centers; information channels and systems, information and analytical center; system of financial support of logistic processes, regulatory and le- gal system of logistic activities, participants of logistic processes). To a large extent the importance of developing logistics infrastructure is manifested at regional level, where, in addition to economic development, it is also neces- sary to take social factor into account. The study examines economic situa- tion and the level of the development of logistics infrastructure in Minusinsk and Minusinsky, Idrinsky and Karatuzsky districts of Krasnoyarsk Region, united into one socio-economic system by the objects of logistics infrastruc- ture. Due to uneven development of the latter, the level of economic devel- opment of these administrative-territorial entities is also different. Accord- ingly, it justifies the need for integrated development of regional logistics in- frastructure as a factor of socio-economic development at the level of a group of districts.
