Biological diversity estimation on the Karaulnoye forestry territory of the Scientific-experimental enterprise of SIBSTU has been done as a result of the conducted research. The formula for estimation of the territory potential biological diversity was offered at a rate of minimum forest object. It is determined that maximum factor variation was observed in the process of using the classification on the basis of forest types.
