Abstract (English):
The basic conditions for the entrepreneurial activity development in Siberia in the period of NEP are considered in the article. The causes determining the Siberian economics private sector restoration and development in the 1920s are studied. Moreover, the problem of private sector state regulation in economics is touched upon.
