The calculation and analysis method of “sliding respond functions” for revealing the climatic factor influence on tree radial growth based on calculation of correlation average “sliding” coefficients is proposed. The optimal time period (‘window”) with the length of 20 days where “sliding respond functions” showed the closest correlation of radial growth indices with climatic variables (temperature and precipitation) is determined.
