The issues of the rural consumer power supply are considered in the article. The short description of the various risk factors including accidents in electric networks of 0,4-10 kW, decrease in the electric power quality, anthropogenic danger in electric installations is formulated and given. It is offered to assess the functioning efficiency of rural power supply system on the basis of the considered risk accounting and forecasting.
