Abstract (English):
The properties of the soil fertile layer and potentially fertile rocks suitable for the removal and storing while conducting mining operations, and their further application for the destroyed territory recultivation are considered in the article. The research results on the main properties of the stripping and containing rock material for the assessment of transformation prospect into the soil-forming substratum in self-overgrowing are presented.
