The dynamics of the agrophytocenosis secondary succession development of fallow lands in the Priamurye south agricultural zone conditions, which occurs in three stages, each has duration of 5 years is considered in the article. As a result on the former agricultural lands the woody and meadow-steppe phytocenoses peculiar to the vegetation natural type in this area are formed.
