The research on the ecosystem of the forest-steppe and steppe zones of the Pri-Yenisei Siberia in the Holo-cene on the results of the paleo-pedological analysis is presented in the article. The evolutionary change of the ecosystem components depending on the global climate change is shown. The soil of the natural community is "the benchmark" in the ecosystems of different rank state.
