The methods of the nano-selenium synthesis using stabilizers of different nature are considered in the article. The comparative data of selenium various form toxicity: nano-selenium, sodium selenite and methyl-selenium-cysteine are given. It is shown that the nano-selenium preparations have significantly less toxicity than the known selenium preparations.
