As a research result on the vital function parameters of nodule bacteria cultures - phyto-ameliorators (sweet clover and alfalfa) in the salinization conditions it is found that the most toxic for nodule bacteria was soda salinization. In the mixed type of salinization the soda presence also increased the inhibition of rhizobia in the overallsalt composition. The gypsum presence in the mixed salinization weakens manyfold the salt medium toxicity for bacteria. This indicates to the necessity of neutralization of anthropogenically salted and natural soils, oil rigs limes and soil by gypsum ingin the recultivation process.
