The comparative research on the lamina morphometric parameters of the Hungarian lilac Syringa josikaea Jacq. growing in various on the pollution degree areas of Krasnoyarsk city is conducted. It is established that the dimensionlessindicator of the leaf width to their thickness can be a sensitive criterion in the comparative assessment of the anthropogenic load on the urban environment.
