The optimal planning problem of the machine system use taking into account the modern opportunities of the provided information on the natural and economic conditions is considered in the article. The mathematical model considering a large number of parameters is defined and the ways of the optimizationtask solution on its basisare given. The way of the technique realization in practice on the basis of the software-hardware complex is offered.
