Abstract (English):
The state food security aspects on the example of the development prospect assessment of the oilseed market (the type of production - vegetable oil) with the use of EFAS-analysis tools are considered in the article. The relevance of the interrelation of ensuring the agro-industrial complex high-quality development and the improvement of the population life quality and duration is substantiated. The principle scheme of the national agroeconomy transformation taking into account the current environmental standards is developed.
