The influence of two modes of the antherlow-temperature treatment (5°С and 10°С for seven days) for culture in vitro of the far eastern hybrids of rice Oryza sativa L. subspecies japonica is studied. The tylosis formation appeared to be identical in both modes. The treatment of anthers by the 5°С temperature is much more effective due to the higher outcome of green sprouts on tylosis(t=2,45; p=0,04) and loweralbinism(t=2,69; p=0,02).
