The current system of the customer service in JSC “IDGC of Siberia” is considered in the article. On the basis of the modern methodology of the electronic commerce new developing systems, the new methods and forms of the system implementation in the customer service process in the branch of JSC “IDGC of Siberia” - “Krasnoyarskenergo” are offered.
