Abstract (English):
The issues of the formation of the networks and the supply chain based on the requirements of the supply chain reliability are considered in the article. The provision of the supply reliability is one of the factors in the network and supply chain successful operation. The model of selecting the most cost-effective and reliable channel of the supply chain is offered.
