The article presents the data on the etiological structure of the gastrointestinal infections of the newborn piglets in the early postnatal ontogenesis. The research results of the main groups of bacterial associates are shown. In the study of the basic characteristics of the isolated strains the significant variability of E.coli on the complex of biological characteristics is confirmed, as well as the research results of the microorganism sensitivity to antibiotics are presented.
