Digitalization of agricultural enterprises occurs in several stages: starting, intermediate, final. At each stage, the organizational and economic relations of the participants become more complex - at the starting stages, bilateral relations "client - supplier of a digital solution" are typical. Based on the principle of gradualism and efficiency, the mechanism of digital transformation becomes more complex and is built on the basis of coordinating the interests of the state and business, which will make it possible to form the necessary investment and personnel base. At the final stage, it is possible to form agrotechnoparks aimed at standardizing the processes of integrating digital solutions into a single digital platform linked to state information systems. This will create suitable external conditions for agricultural enterprises specializing in crop production for the transfer of innovations, as well as for accelerating the transition to a new sixth technological order.
