Bee slumgum chemical composition is determined. The best conditions for the extractive substance extraction depending on infusion duration and concentration of the extragent which is ethyl alcohol are selected. The alcoholic drink formulations on the basis of bee slumgum are developed. Organoleptic and physical and chemical indicators of the drinks are determined.
