The issuesof the new economic policy influence in 1921-1925 on spiritual and cultural life of Siberians are considered in the article. During this period the Soviet government was compelled to make a compromise with the peasantry in the economy field, but at the same time the communistic ideology exerted the pressure upon the peoplespiritual and cultural sphere.
