Abstract (English):
The analysis of the conducted electrotechnical expertise revealed such drawbacks as the poor reliability of the research and the re-expertise setting. The authors of the article researched the possibility of the specialist opinion letter use while making the final decision in the arbitration and civil proceedings on the basis of the theoretical and experimental research methods in the written form on the issues set for him by the parties.
