The issuesof the meat processing enterprise waste use are considered by the authors of the article. The technological scheme for obtaining the protein hydrolyzatewith the help of enzyme preparations is developed. The prospects of the hydrolyzateuse as the protein feed additive with the high biological value for the agricultural animal feeding are presented.
