Abstract (English):
In article questions of discrimination at an execution of an employment agreement are considered. By the legislation in Russia equal opportunities on an execution of an employment agreement are guaranteed, and violation of the rule about prohibition of discrimination at employment is the basis for recognition unreasonable refusal in employment.
