INTERACTIVE FORMS OF TRAINING IN TEACHING OF A PROFESSIONAL CYCLE DISCIPLINES OF THE TRAINING AREAS “MANAGEMENT” AT THE UNIVERSITY

Abstract (English):
The aim of the article is to review the implementation of possibilities of various forms of interactive learning at the university in the context of the competency approach. According to the proposed aim in the article the fol-lowing tasks are solved: modern trends of competence approach in high school are verified; various forms of interactive learning at the university are considered; the advantages of interactive learning to other forms of training in high school are found out; algorithm of preparation and conduct interactive classes in high school is worked out; testing interactive forms of learning on the example of the lessons on "Paperwork" discipline at the uni-versity is conducted. Methodological base of research served as follows: ob-servation, theoretical analysis and synthesis, experiment, generalization of the results. This study allows us to conclude that the effectiveness of online learning is the intensification of the process of understanding, mastering and creative application of knowledge to solve practical problems due to the active involvement of students in the process of not only producing, but also to the direct use of knowledge; increases motivation and involvement of the participants in solving the problems discussed, giving an emotional boost to the subsequent prospecting activity of participants, encourages them to ac-tion. It provides not only knowledge, skills, ways of life and communication, but also discovering new opportunities of students, is a necessary condition for the establishment and improvement of competencies through the inclu-sion of participants in the educational process in a meaningful experience of individual and collective activities.
