The objective of the study is to theoretically substantiate and design a model composition of an interdepartmental digital service to ensure management processes in the regional agro-industrial complex. Research objectives: to specify the content of the concept of "digital service"; to develop key parameters for the formation of a model composition of an interdepartmental digital service; to test the proposed conceptual model through the design of an interdepartmental digital service to ensure effective management processes in the regional agro-industrial complex. The research objects – digital services in the agro-industrial complex, which include information systems, information platforms, digital systems, digital platforms, digital sites. As a result of the analysis and synthesis of scientific approaches in the aspect of the issues of introducing digital technologies in the agro-industrial complex and the formation of a comprehensive digital space for operational decisions in the field of agriculture, a set of key parameters (functional properties) for the formation of a model composition of an interdepartmental digital service was determined. Based on the identified characteristics, a context diagram of the interdepartmental digital service was developed; key users were identified (government bodies, agricultural producers, auxiliary agricultural units, agricultural consumers of final products); a register of user requests was developed. The use of the digital service provides an opportunity for each participant in the agricultural market to promptly join any link in the process of production of finished products. Functional interrelations of the service with federal and regional interdepartmental platforms allow for a full range of operations from establishing cooperation relations, purchasing equipment, identifying consumers of final products to regulation of legal issues without duplicating information in third-party services.
