THE REDUCTION OF THE STARCH CROPS MICROBIOLOGICAL INFECTION RATE BY CORONA DISCHARGE TREATMENT

Abstract (English):
The comparative analysis of the grain treatment physical and chemical methods in order to reduce its microbiological infection is given in the article. It is shown that one of the promising methods is grain treatment with corona discharge electrical current. The effective reduction of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microbial seeding levels of grain treated by this method was empirically proved. It allowed to increase grain storage terms and to improve the quality parameters of the received products.
