The scientific research results on studying the biochemical composition (content of oil and fatty acids, protein and amino acids) and technological characteristics (size analysis, volume mass, swelling and trypsin inhibitory activity) of the soybean different sorts that are produced in Far East of Russia, for the opportunity substantiation of this sort use for nutritional purposes are given in this article.
