The analysis of the factors exerting the direct and the indirect influence on the formation of the labor force supply in the labor market of the Khakassia Republic is conducted in the article. The revealing of the major trends characterizing the labor supply in the region is the result of this work. The research is conducted with the use of the official statistic data from Rosstat and its territorial authority in the Khakassia Republic.
