List of literature.  The literature for a scientific article is its mandatory structural part, which reflects the scientific component of the topic coverage and allows you to verify the reliability of the data used in the study. The quality of the list of references shows the author's competence. The list of references allows recognizing and using the ideas of other authors, excluding accusations of plagiarism, as well as demonstrating the scale and depth of research by quoting the works of other authors and their previous publications. References to the latest and foreign literature can characterize the relevance of a scientific publication.

Manuscripts without a list of references are not accepted for consideration.

The list of references includes only the sources used in the preparation of the article.

All sources in the text should be referenced.

It is not necessary to abuse the inclusion of GOST standards, technical specifications, regulatory documents, dissertations, educational and methodological manuals, as they have very specific educational goals and are of a compilation nature. Instead of references to dissertations and abstracts, it is necessary to indicate articles from scientific journals, monographs, etc., published both before and after the publication of the dissertation of this author.

  1. All manuscripts submitted for publication in the journal are subject to mandatory double-blind peer review.
    The executive Secretary submits the article for review. The reviewer reviews the work within 30 days from the date of receipt and sends a review to the editorial office, in which:
    recommends the article for publication in the journal;
    recommends publication after correction and revision;
    It does not recommend publication.
    In the last two cases, a copy of the review is sent to the author.

    All manuscripts are reviewed for the purpose of peer review, so reviewers must be recognized experts in their respective fields and have published within the last three years.
    Experts working at the same research institution or university where the work was performed are not involved in the review.
    Reviewers are notified that the submitted manuscripts are the private property of the authors and are classified as confidential information. Reviewers are not allowed to make copies of articles for their own needs.
    In case of disagreement with the reviewer's opinion, the author of the article has the right to submit a reasoned response to the editorial board of the journal. The article can be sent for re-review or for approval by the editorial board.
    The editorial board of the publication sends the authors of the submitted materials reviews or a reasoned refusal, and also undertakes to send copies of the review to the Ministry of Higher Education and Science of the Russian Federation upon request. After a positive decision of the editorial board, the issue number in which the article will be published is determined.
    The decision on the expediency of publication after review is made by the editor-in-chief, and if necessary, by the editorial board.
    All reviews, as well as all correspondence between the parties, are kept in the editorial office of the Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University for five years.
    Throughout the entire process, correspondence with the author is carried out through the executive secretary, the name of the reviewer is not disclosed. The anonymity of the review is maintained until the reviewer expresses his intention to become known to the author or contact the author directly.
    They are not allowed to publish:
    – articles, the authors of which refuse to eliminate the shortcomings in the design of articles;

    – articles whose authors do not respond to constructive comments from the reviewer.

    The editorial board undertakes to send copies of the reviews to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation upon receipt of a corresponding request.

Visual material

Figures and tables should be designed for a clear, complete and structured presentation of information, they should be adequate to the article and the text, not duplicate the entire text, not be redundant or superfluous.

All types of objects (tables, graphs, diagrams, figures, diagrams, drawings) and their captions are placed in the text of the article and numbered if there is more than one.

References to objects in the text are required.

The title of the object is given in Russian and English.

Unsigned objects (scanned drawings, photographs) are provided as separate files in graphic formats (.tif, .jpg, .png or .pdf) with a resolution of >300 dpi.

Tables are provided as editable text, not as images.

The journal is funded by the founder and by payments from authors.

 The fee for publishing one article is 10,000 rubles, regardless of the volume of the manuscript and the presence of graphic material. Payment is made only after receiving a positive review and approval of the article by the editor-in-chief. There is no fee for submitting a manuscript to the journal, for its review and peer review.

 There is no fee for preparing an article for postgraduate students.

 There is no author's fee.

The publication fee includes the translator's salary, proofreader's salary, layout designer's salary, doi assignment, journal placement on the website and in indexing and referencing systems (RSCI, Lan, CyberLeninka, RIEP, Metaphor), as well as the costs of publishing the journal.

  1. All manuscripts submitted for publication in the journal are subject to mandatory double-blind peer review.
    The executive Secretary submits the article for review. The reviewer reviews the work within 30 days from the date of receipt and sends a review to the editorial office, in which:
    recommends the article for publication in the journal;
    recommends publication after correction and revision;

    – articles, the authors of which refuse to eliminate the shortcomings in the design of articles;

    – articles whose authors do not respond to constructive comments from the reviewer.

    The editorial board undertakes to send copies of the reviews to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation upon receipt of a corresponding request.

Retrogression is the withdrawal of a published article and the removal of the status of a scientific publication from this work. The Editorial Board withdraws articles, following the principles of the Publication Ethics Committee, in the following cases:

The results previously published in another publication are presented without proper cross-reference, permission, or justification.
The publication contains plagiarism.
The described study was conducted in violation of ethical standards.

The magazine "Bulletin of KrasGAU" can be purchased in the electronic catalog "Ural-Press" by index - 46810
